Join us at Honey & Co for an intimate evening with chef and author Natasha MacAller as she discusses her acclaimed cookbook, The Apothecary Chef. The event will include a conversation about the inspiration behind the book, seasonal herbal cooking, audience Q&A, and a book signing — with light nibbles served and signed copies of The Apothecary Chef available for purchase (and part of your ticket price redeemable against the book). Natasha will share stories from her unique journey from professional ballerina to culinary author and consultant, and explore how her latest book celebrates the fragrance, flavour and wellbeing that herbs and plants bring to food, covering more than 80 dishes and a directory of edible plants to grow, forage or buy.
